Invoice Status (Amount)

The total amount collected (customer payments) in a given period.

The total amount billed (invoices less credit memos) in a given period.

AR Aging

The current dollar amount of open invoices, based on days since the invoice date.

AP Aging

The current dollar amount of open bills, based on days since the bill date.

LTV is calculated by taking your average revenue per account per year, multiplying it by gross margin, and dividing that by your churn rate.

LTV:CAC Ratio

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) divided by Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Logo Retention

The % of customers retained using a 12 month lookback period.

Customer Count

The count of active customers at the end of a given period.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

For a given period, the sum of sales and marketing expenses divided by the total number of new customer starts.

CAC Payback Period

The projected time (in months) to recoup the costs of acquiring a customer.

Bookings

The total contract amount of all signed deals in a given period.

Average Sale Price (ASP)

The average booking amount per deal.

Average Contract Length (ACL)

The mean length (in months) of contracts signed based on the opportunity close date.

Annual Contract Value (ACV)

The annual contract value of all signed deals in a given period.

Net Income

Net Burn

Gross Profit

Revenue less Cost of Revenue.

Expenses By Vendor

Total expenses by entity derived from ERP software. NULL vendors indicate a transaction not linked to a vendor in your ERP.
